book your stay in June to experience local food and drink around Herefordshire and the Brecon Beacon

Living in Herefordshire and cwtched up to the Brecon Beacons, we are lucky enough to experience fresh and wonderful local food, some of which we see growing all summer long in the fields. Our self-catering holiday home lets you explore all the tastes of Herefordshire and Powys from famous local ciders to freshly baked breads picked up at the local Hay market.

June is offering us two food festivals to celebrate local produce, the first at Yarkhill 'Field to Fork' Festival June 6th; see food demos, live music and most importantly taste ciders, liqueurs, wine, bread, ice cream, cheese, cordials, soft fruit and remember to leave some room for cakes and confectionery!

Later in the month is Hay-on-Wye summer food festival Sat 27th, held in the historic book town at the memorial car park.

We offer 3 night stays at Byfield Holiday Home in the summer from £345 for up to 8 guests.
